A normal popsicle ice cream is held by a wooden stick, which goes into the waste after consumption. Our extremely rich selection of plastic ice cream sticks, all of them offer the customer an additional benefit in some form, make the ice cream manufacturer’s cash register ring by the proven multiplication of ice cream sales. The target group are children and adolescents. In the meantime, adults also find fun here and there on the “modern, hygienic” ice cream stick. The range includes more than 50 different style designs. Whether it can be put together as a toy, water sprayer, soccer whistle, mini frisbee, spiral stem or container stem (pre-filled with glitter, mini candy, etc.) – we are happy to implement individual stem ideas at any time and cost-effectively according to customer requirements.
Edible Spoons
Our edible spoons are made from 100% natural ingredients certified by FSSAI *. They contain no preservatives or artificial flavors and are characterized by their high stability. Another plus is that they stay stable for 30 minutes even in hot soups and drinks. The spoons are vegan & lactose-free and do not directly affect the taste of the meal, but are a delicious snack as well.
PLA
PLA is the short form for polylactide (Poly Lactic Acid). PLA food packaging is a bioplastic and has a high level of transparency and strength. They are made from renewable raw materials and are both bio-based, biodegradable and compostable in accordance with DIN EN 13432. The starch obtained from plants is fermented to produce lactic acids. These are processed into granules from which your packaging is made. For more stable and heat-resistant shapes, talc is added to produce CPLA.
Sugar Cane
Food packaging made from sugar cane uses the plant fibers that are left over when juicing. These can be shaped in a variety of ways, resulting in very resistant packaging. The designs range from disposable tableware to take-away packaging, with packaging sizes between 100ml-1000ml. Thanks to an organic coating, they are water-repellent, heat-resistant and even suitable for use in microwaves and ovens. So far, sugar cane fiber has been a waste product of the sugar and spirits industry, so recycling is a big step towards sustainability.

Wood
We prefer to use FSC certified wood to manufacture our products. We only use beech or birch wood for our ice cream sticks and spoons.

Folding boxes are used in many places to pack a product appropriately and attractively. With our state-of-the-art printing, laminating and punching machines, we are also able to deliver extraordinary shapes with attractive applications such as hot foil stamping.
To-Go-Cups
The “Cup2Go4u” range includes the common hot and cold beverage cups. Our tools cover all sizes from 4oz to 20oz and we can manufacture both, single and double wall cups. These cups can be individually be printed and, for example, finished with 3D printing or embossing. Sleeving is also a very popular method of upgrading the cups, for example with coupons or competitions on the inside of the sleeves. We also produce vending cups made of plastic and hard paper materials. We round off our range with a diverse selection of cocktail mugs. From the classic thermoformed mug with a flat lid to the multifaceted Caipirinha “glass” made of crystal-clear and very stable plastic.
